Refund Policy

• If there are any changes in members or dates, do let us know 48 hrs prior.

• Due to natural calamities (If any), the company can change the event location.

• If the event gets canceled due to some other reason from the company side will get 100% money refunded.

• Partial Booking amount paid for booking seats as advance is non-refundable".

• For any reason, if you need to cancel or change the plans, please inform us 48 hrs. prior else no refund.

• No drinks will be permitted while traveling in the company's transport.

• Avoid drinks before activity.

• Due to weather, if any event gets canceled will get a full refund

• Kids above 10 years only can enjoy all activities.

• After reaching the destination for the activity, no changes can be done to the activity.

• Do not compare your bookings with others.

• Coordination details will be shared a day prior to the activity.
